Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy explains what data the game Gas Brake Park: Car Parking 3D (“the game”) processes and why. It is kept short and describes what the game actually does.
Who is responsible
The game is published by Nedese LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (8/A Greenwood Grove, Nedese Office, Marcham, Abingdon, England, OX13 6FR). Contact: [email protected].
What stays on your device
Your progress (stars per level), the car you picked and your settings (sound, vibration, camera view, graphics quality) are saved only on your device. The game has no accounts. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes them.
Gameplay statistics and player ID
To balance the levels, find problems and help players, the game sends statistics to our own server (gasbrakepark.nedese.app): a random installation ID created by the game (not linked to your advertising ID, your Google account or any other app), the device model and Android version, the game version, your device’s language and region setting, and game events such as a level started or finished (time, bumps, stars, points, car, camera) and whether the ad could be shown. Our server also records the IP address of the connection and the approximate location derived from it (country and city); the location is resolved on our own server with the DB-IP database, and your IP address is not sent to anyone for this.
Our server gives each installation a unique player ID (for example 7F3A-9C12), kept on our side for support and administration and never shown in the game. We do not collect your name, email, precise location or advertising ID for this. You can turn statistics off at any time with “Share game statistics” in the game’s pause menu. Statistics are deleted after 24 months. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the game and supporting players. IP geolocation by DB-IP.
Google Analytics (Firebase)
To understand how the game is used (how many people play, whether they come back, which screens and levels are played), the game uses Google Analytics for Firebase. Google receives a random app instance ID generated by the app, basic device information such as device model, operating system, language and screen size, an approximate location (country, city) derived from the IP address, and the gameplay events listed above (screen changes, starting and finishing levels, watching ads). The advertising ID is not given to Analytics, and this data is not used to personalise ads. Google processes this data on our behalf: policies.google.com/privacy. If you turn off “Share gameplay statistics” in the pause menu, Analytics is turned off too. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the game.
Username and leaderboard
If you like, you can choose a username in the game. Your username and the points from levels you win are shown to other players on the in-game leaderboard; the board may be reset periodically. If you don’t choose a name, you appear as “Anonymous driver”. A username is optional; don’t use your real name or anything that identifies you. You can change it in the game at any time and ask us to delete it at [email protected]. Offensive or misleading names are rejected or removed.
Parking races
In Race mode you can race another player live, or race another player’s recorded run (their “ghost”). To match you with an opponent, run the race and decide the winner, the game sends our server your installation ID and, during the race, your car’s position and direction about five times a second; your opponent’s game receives these positions to show your car as a see-through ghost. When the race ends, the game sends your result (time, bumps, how straight and centred you parked) and your recorded run. Your opponent sees your username (or “Anonymous driver”) and your race rating; your username, rating and numbers of wins and losses appear on the race leaderboard. Your recorded run may later be shown to other players as a ghost, together with your username. When no opponent is available, and in the lobby, some opponents are computer-controlled drivers; they replay players’ recorded runs, and in that case your run is shown without your username. When you open the race lobby, unless you have turned race requests off, your username, rating and numbers of wins and losses are shown to the players in the lobby at that moment, and they can send you race requests; if you turn requests off in the lobby, you are not listed. Who sent a request to whom, the chosen course and the answer are recorded on our server. Racing requires statistics to be switched on; if you don’t race, none of this is sent. Race results and runs are kept for the leaderboard and ghosts; cancelled matches are deleted after 90 days and race requests after 30 days. Our legal basis is providing the service you asked for (the race). You can ask us to delete your race data at [email protected].
Purchases
The game offers two optional purchases: a monthly ad-free subscription and a pack of 10 bumps. Google Play takes the payment; your card or payment details never reach us. To check that a purchase is genuine and to grant it only once, the game sends your installation number, the product and the purchase token issued by Google Play to our server. Our server asks Google Play about the token and stores the order number, the product, the subscription’s end date and a one-way hash of the token (not the token itself). This happens even if you have turned statistics off, because a purchase cannot be verified any other way. You can cancel the subscription at any time in Google Play › Subscriptions; it lasts until the end of the period you paid for. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you. Questions: [email protected].
What we do not collect
No real name (we only keep an optional username you choose yourself), email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos or microphone. The game asks for none of these permissions.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Every car except the first is unlocked for good by watching three short rewarded videos; your bumps are refilled right away with a video, or after a five-minute wait. The ad is served by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested, Google receives your device’s advertising ID, your IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), basic device and app information, and how you interact with the ad. Google uses this to show and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad and prevent fraud.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game first asks for your choice through Google’s consent form; ads are personalised only if you agree. You can change your choice at any time from “Ad privacy options” in the game, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. More: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Sharing
We do not sell data. Your username and round points are visible to other players on the leaderboard. If you race, your opponent sees your username, your rating and your car’s position during the race, and your recorded run may be shown to other players as a ghost. The statistics and player IDs stay on our own server and are not shared with anyone. The only third party that receives data is Google: for advertising and usage measurement (Google Analytics), as described above, and to verify purchases (Google Play). All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
You can stop the statistics at any time from the game’s pause menu. To have your data deleted, email [email protected] with your device model and roughly when you installed the game; we will find that device’s records and delete them. Uninstalling the game breaks the link between your device and its records for good. For advertising data, use your device’s ad settings or Google’s My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com). You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). Questions: [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated.
